THE DUKES OF HAZZARD 

This is a review of an older film from 2005, but my God, I’m so glad I didn’t see this two years ago to begin with. I recently watched (against my better judgment) the film adaptation of the television show THE DUKES OF HAZZARD, and I wish I could pop my eyeball out and eat it after seeing this non-stop stink-a-thon. First it stars the very unfunny Johnny Knoxville and the even unfunny Seann William Scott as the famous Duke cousins. First off the lead characters are played as just dumb teenagers, when in the television show they weren’t portrayed as dumb at all. The only somewhat highlight is Jessica Simpson as Daisy Duke, but that lasts for just so long before you get bored. Avoid this film at all costs and rent the television show on DVD instead.
