You want to see a movie where the “F” bomb is dropped over 186 times and three best friends try to score chicks and get booze, this is the movie for you. This is a modern day CAN’T BUY ME LOVE, BREAKING AWAY or SAY ANYTHING just with a big rated “R” twist. Three friends are invited to a gorgeous teenage girls house, but before they can come they must score 100 bucks worth of alcohol to gain admission. Madcap adventure ensues when they encounter two psycho yet hysterical cops, a drunken homeless person who wants to steal their alcohol, and other partygoers who get into a fight and want nothing to do but to destroy the teens. This film has every bit of great buddy movie and then some. Jonah Hill is great as a lead as the foul mouthed Seth, Michael Cera(JUNO) is a bit Luke warm as his friend(Honestly even with JUNO, I don’t think the kid can act), and Christopher Mintz-Plasse makes his debut as Fogell a.k.a “McLuvin.”
Pick this movie out it’s great even if you aren’t a teen or a young adolescent it’s worth all the rated R laughter.
